Our students at UB

   When Janice gives her tutorial on Tuesdays, since there is no assigned classroom space, she is usually teaching outside in the common area.

   Partition board is used so that some privacy is provided for students.

  This is Tom's Kinetics class in one of the large classrooms.

   Practicals are the labs for chem. majors only. Tom is teaching a P-chem. lab using TI89's and CBL's. Students are expected to complete 11 experiments by the end of this semester.

  Who said that they do not like to take pictures together?

  We have talked about food several time already on the web. Actually our daily lunch at the Staff Canteen is very simple and monotonous.  Janice has her chicken and fries. Tom has his fried fish and plantains.
