My First Fernald Reunion

Besides me there was one other first attendee at the Fernald Reunion 2008. She is Martha from Texas. We did not waste much time getting involved with all the activities available to us. I do not know what Martha thought about this reunion, but, from my point of view, it took a long time in the car to get to this new place in order to do more or less the same things  I do at home. (You should notice that I was not the only person who slept when I got tired!) My  biggest new experience occurred when I first got into ocean water. It was VERY cold but after a few minutes I enjoyed it! There were a lot of interesting things to eat, such as the red bugs they call lobsters. I am not sure about those. However, there were also lots of cookies and I would love to try them as soon as possible!
